Between 0.9.5 and 0.9.6 I changed the application's name from NoteKeeper to Tolon NoteKeeper. This had the undesired effect of losing your settings that were stored in the registry. Thanks to Daniel Beardsmore for reporting this. There's a dead link in the menu that is supposed to take you to a form to fill out a bug report, but the page no longer exists.
