If you have any problems with any of the Tolon software, please send an email to support@tolon.co.uk.

It will help a great deal if you include the following information:

  • The Tolon product that is being troublesome.
  • The version of the product.
  • Operating system.
  • Any logs or crash dumps.
  • Detailed description of the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem.

If you include all of the above, then we should be able to track down and fix the problem very quickly.
