My first independent software product, NoteKeeper, is a freeware document and image organiser with integral word processor. It is currently in development and is available for download now on the NoteKeeper page.
Written entirely in Visual C++ using the MFC libraries, open-source encryption and image manipulation libraries.

The customer support section allows customers of JEI products to log in and download updates using a given username and password. A collection of administration pages allow JEI staff to add, edit, and remove users from the system with instant effect, as well as specify which products the user has access to.
A feedback form allows potential customers to request more information about selected products. These requests are automatically sent to a pre-defined email address.
A knowledge base was added to extend the site so that users of JEI software products can search a database for solutions to common problems. As new problems are encountered by JEI support staff, they are logged into the database using an online input form that is only accessible by JEI staff.
The site was originally developed and launched using a Microsoft Access database but, as traffic grew, this was upgraded to a SQL Server database with zero down time.

My personal site has been developed to look exactly the same in each of the three main web browsers - Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and Mozilla.
